Questions, answered
There is no trial because the Free plan is free to use for as long as you like. You can try one lesson a week, one full mock test, the Question of the day and a 2-minute Talk live trial before deciding to upgrade.
The Exam Pack is a one-time purchase for one exam, such as IELTS or TOEFL, chosen when you buy it. For 30 or 90 days you get unlimited full mock tests for that exam (up to 3 a day), unlimited part practice, unlimited lessons and 80 minutes of Talk live (210 on the 90-day pack). It does not renew.
Lessons, mock tests, part practice and Talk live each have their own limits. A lesson or mock test counts once its first answer is saved; opening one and leaving without answering doesn't count, and an unfinished mock test can be resumed within 24 hours without using another one. Free includes 1 lesson a week; Pro and the Exam Pack include unlimited lessons, with a fair-use limit of 10 a day. Talk live uses its own minutes: Free gets a one-time 2-minute trial, Pro 80 minutes a month, the Exam Pack 80 minutes (210 for the 90-day pack), with up to 10 plan minutes a day and 10 minutes per session, plus any minute packs you buy. Daily limits reset at midnight in your timezone, weekly limits on Monday and monthly limits each month.
Live-minute packs are one-time purchases of extra Talk live minutes: 30 minutes for $4.99, 60 for $8.99, 120 for $14.99 or 300 for $29.99. Anyone can buy them at the same price, including Free users. Your plan minutes are used first, then purchased minutes. Purchased minutes are not limited to 10 minutes a day (up to 60 minutes a day), sessions are still up to 10 minutes, and they expire 12 months after purchase.
Yes. You can cancel Pro at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Free includes 1 lesson a week, a one-time 2-minute Talk live trial, one full mock test, one Question of the day answer each day and feedback on every answer, with no credit card required.
