Refund Policy

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid month. We do not give partial refunds [CHECK].

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used no more than 1 full mock test [CHECK].

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed a full mock test with the pack [CHECK].

An unused pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Minutes you have used cannot be refunded [CHECK].

Consumers usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital services that start right away, this right can end once you ask us to start and the service has been provided. We ask for that consent at checkout [CHECK]. These rights apply in addition to this policy.

Email [refund email] with your account email, what you bought, the purchase date and the reason. We reply within [__] business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
