Learnes is an AI speaking coach. It offers practice and mock tests for IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP, Goethe/telc and TEF/TCF Canada. It also offers general English, German and French courses, guided lessons, Talk live conversations with an AI tutor, and games.

You must be at least [16] years old [CHECK]. Each account is for one person. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

• Free: limited practice at no cost.
• Pro: monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Exam Pack: a one-time purchase for one exam, lasting 30 or 90 days. It does not renew.
• Live-minute packs: one-time purchases of Talk live minutes. They expire 12 months after purchase. Plan minutes are used first, then the oldest pack.

Prices, included minutes and limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Plan limits and fair-use caps apply to protect the service. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel Pro at any time in Settings → Billing; Pro then stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Scores, band estimates and corrections are produced automatically. They are practice estimates, not official results, and they can be wrong. We do not guarantee any exam result.

Learnes is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to IELTS (British Council, IDP, Cambridge University Press & Assessment), ETS (TOEFL), Paragon Testing Enterprises (CELPIP), Goethe-Institut, telc gGmbH, France Éducation international or CCI Paris Île-de-France. Exam names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Your recordings, transcripts and answers remain yours. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only as needed to provide the service, including sending them to our AI providers. You can delete them at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Do not:

• get around plan limits or create multiple accounts to do so
• access the service with bots or scrapers
• record other people without their consent
• use conversations for harmful, abusive or illegal content
• interfere with the service or its security

Lessons, questions, sample answers, audio, images and other materials are ours or licensed to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, publish or resell them.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim [CHECK]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in advance, by email or in the app. If you continue using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
